Andrea Williams, MOL MBA

President and CEO

Andrea Williams founded I Will Stand International after taking a trip to Rwanda during her Masters education in Organizational Leadership. The Lord knitted her heart to the country and established this work. She later obtained an MBA to help in the business knowledge needed to empower others. She also owns Andrea Williams International LLC, a coaching and training firm in the US. Andrea is passionate about leading individuals towards their full freedom in Jesus. Through her work, she combines faith, leadership, and strategic coaching to inspire positive transformation and purpose-driven living. Andrea is committed to helping people unlock their true potential.

Sean Williams, JD

Vice President

Sean has served on the Board of Directors for IWSI since its inception in 2012. He has an extensive background in business from owning his own company to leading statewide divisions. He graduated from Texas A&M Law School with a Juris Doctorate. Sean also serves on the Board of Directors for an industry association. Sean provides a wealth of experience and counsel to the Board of Directors and the organization as a whole. 

 

Sarah Sherwood, LMSW

Board Member

Sarah has been a Board Member since 2023. Sarah Sherwood, LMSW, brings extensive expertise in social work and mental health to her role as a Board Member for I Will Stand International. With a deep commitment to trauma-informed care, Sarah has spent years advocating for vulnerable populations, specializing in child welfare, developmental disabilities, and survivors of abuse. She leverages her experience as a licensed clinical social worker and consultant to support innovative solutions for underserved communities. Passionate about leadership and community impact, Sarah is dedicated to empowering individuals and fostering global change.

 

Melissa Barrantes

Board Secretary

Melissa has been a Board Member since 2023. She brings heartfelt leadership and prayerful guidance to an intercessory community. She draws inspiration from her own journey of healing and deliverance to empower others toward freedom and victorious living. With a passion for teaching, she reveals the depth of Hebrew scripture to illuminate Christ’s wisdom and offers mentoring to strengthen individual identities in Him. At home on a lively ranch with her family—where gourmet food, travel, and a zoo of animals bring joy—Melissa Joy reflects a life devoted to advancing God’s Kingdom.

 

Sandra Drynan

Board Member - Sponsorships

Sandra joined the Board of Directors in 2024. Sandra Drynan serves as the Sponsorship Coordinator at I Will Stand International, dedicating her time to building meaningful partnerships that support the organization’s mission of bringing the love of Jesus.  Sandra focuses on creating tailored sponsorship opportunities, managing communications with sponsors, and ensuring supporters see the impact of their contributions. Passionate about making a difference, Sandra plays a key role in connecting sponsors with the mission, fostering long-term relationships to advance the organization’s goals. 

Tammy Nix

Board Member

Tammy joined the Board of Directors in 2024.  Tammy Nix, with over 25 years of sales experience, combines her expertise in fundraising and community engagement with a passion for advancing I Will Stand International’s mission. An ordained leader through IWSI, she has driven funding and awareness for nonprofits, improved access to education, and empowered underrepresented communities. Actively advocating for sustainable farming and mRNA-tech-free blood supply, Tammy also leads discipleship classes, using her skills to inspire lasting impact.
