"Hello, my name is Justin Ngoga, I am a purpose driven professional and follower of Jesus Christ. I am passionate about the advancement of the Kingdom of God on earth and making an impact on people's lives at a multidimensional level. Prior to joining I will Stand International, I founded and I am still running Impact Route, a company that provides cultural orientation and relocation services in Rwanda to bridge cultural gaps and make life easier for people relocating to Rwanda.Â
Among other responsibilities at I Will Stand Rwanda I am responsible for spearheading strategic leadership and direction of the IWSI-Rwanda programs to achieve the organizational vision, mission and objectives.
In my free time, I love spending time with my four kids and wife and reading books."

I joined I Will Stand International in February 2024 as an educational coach, driven by my passion for inspiring and empowering young children through knowledge and guidance. I transitioned to Administration and Finance Assistant in November 2024. With a background in accounting, I focus on ensuring financial accuracy and supporting beneficiaries. In my free time, I enjoy praying, trying new foods, watching movies, and spending time with friends."

In line with my work, I enjoy preaching the good news of Jesus Christ. My goal is to use all the knowledge I have to expand God's kingdom on earth."

I have 15 years of experience in the tailoring profession and have dedicated my life to teaching this skill. My goal is for them to master the craft and improve their lives. I enjoy seeing those I have taught succeed. My goal is to expand my efforts to reach as many places as possible."

My goal is to bring about the desired change or improvement. In line with my work, I enjoy helping others, working, and praying. My long-term goal is to have a modern clothing factory and to run a non-profit project that helps people. Thank you."
